Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with formal Civil Engineering qualifications to oversee and manage civil construction projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate progressive thinking and possess robust project administration capabilities to ensure the timely delivery of projects while exceeding profit outcomes.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a disciplined approach to converting project programs into well-organised site activities. A deep understanding of WHS, Environmental, and Quality standards is essential, along with an appreciation for compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can contribute to our company goals and objectives through sound judgement and strategic insight. You will have a proven track record in project management within the civil construction sector, particularly in managing large subdivision projects.
- Formal qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- Strong commercial aptitude and experience in project and contract administration.
- Exceptional resource management and utilisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Experience with WHS, Quality, and Process Improvement Management.
